The good news: AI engines know Tiffani by name. Every one of 30 answers identified her, and most gave her licence number and direct line. The problem is which version of her they describe. She moved from Long Realty Uptown to Long Realty Old Town on September 10, 2026. Google has mostly caught up. ChatGPT has not. Her profiles also disagree on phone, office and years of experience, and none of them carry reviews.

Two Exa searches on October 10, run the way an AI engine retrieves pages. They found her MLS page and old Uptown rosters, but also several people with nearly the same name. One of them is a Realty ONE Group agent in the same metro.

With no Google Business Profile and no LinkedIn of her own, the nearest matches for her name belong to other people. The licence number and middle initial are what tell her apart, so every profile should carry them.
Ordered by how much of the AI answer each one changes. The first two are profile edits that can be made today.
Set the brokerage to Long Realty Old Town and the office to 6991 E Camelback Rd, Ste D-300, Scottsdale. Today it shows her own name as the brokerage and the old Uptown address.
Zillow is 20 of 95 citations here and 15.9% of agent citations market-wide (Pete's research). ChatGPT quotes her Zillow numbers in 11 of 15 answers.
Realtor.com first, then the WeSERV REALTOR directory and any MLS roster that still shows Long Realty Uptown. Ask the Old Town office to confirm her MLS office code moved with her, because Realtor.com and WeSERV pull from it. Also set her Realtor.com home area to where she works, not Queen Creek.

Pete's research: Google Business Profiles are 36.6% of agent citations, and 72.5% in Google AI Mode. She has none, so Google fills the gap with other people.
Ask her last 10 to 15 clients for a review on the new Google profile and on Zillow. Even a handful gives the answers something to quote.
ChatGPT says outright that it could not verify reviews. Reviews are what turn "who is she" into "should I hire her".
Homes.com shows (623) 263-9599. Every other profile shows (480) 209-7070. Ask Tiffani whether the 623 number is hers. If it is Homes.com call routing, change her Homes.com contact to the direct line where Homes.com allows it.
13 of 30 answers print both numbers. Two ChatGPT answers print only the 623 number.
Write "Licensed in Arizona since 2007 · SA583495000" on Homes.com, Zillow, Realtor.com and the new Google profile. Homes.com says "10 years" today, and answers repeat it.
The licence number and "Tiffani L." are what separate her from Tiffany C. Thomas at Realty ONE Group.
Her agent page on parallaxlistings.com carries the ADRE facts in machine-readable form and links to her Long Realty, Zillow and Homes.com profiles. It went live on October 10 as a private preview. Once she agrees, it opens to search engines, and Elmo's record-citations check shows whether AI engines start citing it.
